Rosefinch is a SPC flooring from the Rocko® Standard collection with a distinct durability and water resistance. These quialities along with the classic wooden design makes it preferable for public or residential areas with heavy traffic and high humidity. Its color variations from brown to warmer redish tonnes allow for vast interior combinations. Same as the other SPC vinyl floorings from Rocko®, Incando has a 32 utility class, 4-sided V-groove and 1clic 2go pure joint system

The floors are environmentally friendly as standard made of 90% wood sourced from sustainably managed forests. Anti-slip class R9

Safety is something we put great emphasis on. Classification in anti-slip classes has been achieved through specially developed surface structures, which address the requirements for floor coverings in the workplace and commercial areas where a high risk of slippin. Clarification R9 is according to DIN 51330

Water Resistant

The special limestone composition of our SPC flooring (Stone Plastic Composite), combined with the joint click system, prevents water from damaging your floor. This makes the SPC suitable for commercial places, as well as for residential projects - including bathrooms.

Suitable for Underfloor Heating

The flooring is compatible with for “low-temperature” underfloor heating and cooling systems. The maximum temperature of the floor should not exceed 27°C, both for classic hot water or electric heating systems. Both types of underfloor heating are installed into the subfloor and it is necessary to pay close attention to the installation instructions.

Dimensionally Stable

The SPC flooring is more dimensionally stable and will not expand and contract at the same rate as traditional flooring.

Stain Resistant

Even stubborn liquids such as oil, wine or coffee can be easily wiped away and will not be absorbed by the durable flooring surface.

Silent

SPC flooring is extremely resistant to impactsound, echoes and vibrations, making it suitable for areas with heavy traffic.SPC parquet leaves a pleasant feeling to the touch and reduces noise when walking. This is important for families with children or pet owners.

Anti bacterial comfort

A.B.C. Anti Bacterial Comfort inhibits the growth of bacteria on your flooring and provides you with the peace of mind that comes from a healthy home environment. (Tested germs; Staphylococcus aureus).

Microscratch protect

The robust surface protects your flooring against micro-scratches that can be caused by strong mechanical stresses or the claws of house pets.
